We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our growing team and help bring the rich culinary traditions of Latin America to life.

About the Role

As Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and creating memorable dishes that reflect the spirit and authenticity of Latin American cuisine. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service, food consistency, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality Latin American dishes to restaurant standards.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and service periods.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.
- Manage stock levels, food ordering, and inventory control.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and productive kitchen environment.




- Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of Latin American, Mexican, or South American cuisine is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passion for fresh ingredients, authentic flavours, and culinary excellence.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and food handling certifications preferred.
