Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Winthrop
This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Winthrop, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
Availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Pay rates
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,
CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
How we support you
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Day to day
Follow our coaching and admin systems. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
