Credit & Loan Operations Lead with an established international financial services in Sydney Your new company
You will be working with an established international financial services who has a strong presence in corporate & institutional banking operations in Australia
Your new role Review and approve the tasks performed by the Credit Administration team and provide day-to-day operational support

- Review loan documentation and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient execution of credit administration responsibilities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain management reports for key stakeholders to support ongoing portfolio monitoring, including overdue credit reviews, overdue valuations, covenant compliance, and other risk indicators.
- Ensure robust controls and processes are in place for the secure custody, maintenance, and management of all security documentation.
- Review daily and monthly credit monitoring and management reports,



proactively following up on exceptions and required remediations.

What you'll need to succeed 7+ Years' experience in Credit Administration and Loan Operations in the wholesale banking setting - Bilateral and Syndication Loans Leadership role experience Review and management of loan and security documentation Credit monitoring, including covenant compliance, credit reviews, and exception management Regulatory, audit, and compliance engagement Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives What you need to do now
