You will be working with a growing international bank that has set to establish their presence within the corporate & institutional scene.
Your new role
Originate, structure, and execute bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, actively pitching for Mandated Lead Arranger (MLA) and bookrunner roles. Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises. Identify complex business opportunities, structure tailored financial solutions, and cross-sell banking products. Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term relationships. Coordinate effectively with participant banks in syndication groups. Conduct credit analysis, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal risk and operations teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
What you'll need to succeed Proven track record in bilateral & syndicated lending and club deal origination, with hands-on experience driving transactions as a lead bank / MLA Existing network within the corporate banking ecosystem and secondary loan markets to facilitate smooth syndication/distribution Strong corporate and commercial lending leadership Tertiary qualification in business, finance or related discipline Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Complex deal structuring and strong credit assessment What you need to do now
