We're expanding our face-to-face sales team across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Cairns and looking for energetic, ambitious people who enjoy meeting new people, working toward goals and earning based on performance.

No previous sales experience required! If you're motivated, confident and ready to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

The Role

As a Face-to-Face Lead Generator, you'll engage directly with homeowners, introduce them to RESINC Solar's energy solutions and book qualified appointments for our Solar Specialists.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging homeowners through face-to-face conversations
- Generating leads and booking qualified appointments
- Representing the RESINC Solar brand professionally
- Working toward individual and team targets
- Developing your communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Maintaining accurate customer information and appointment notes
- Participating in ongoing training, coaching and team development

This is an active, field-based role for people who enjoy being out and about, meeting people and being rewarded for their effort.
