Fetch Recruitment Pty is seeking experienced Process Supervisors for FIFO roles on WA mine sites, working on an 8/6 7/7 roster. You will lead a team to achieve production targets while maintaining a strong safety culture and coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime on site.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in processing, proven leadership, and the ability to adapt in a agile environment; experience with various minerals is a plus.
