Son Of Dennis Cafe is seeking a dependable and motivated Chef to join our fast paced kitchen team. We offer a straightforward but high quality menu including brunch dishes, salad and sandwiches.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation and service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
- Support the head cook to ensure efficient and consistent service

Requirements

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or cafe environment preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Working Hours

- Shifts start from 6:00 or 8:00 AM and finish at 2:30 PM
- Monday to Sunday, roster based
- Mininum of 4 Days availability including Weekend
