PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Wentworth Point

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Wentworth Point. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:





- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
