We are seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our team in a full-time role where you will learn specialised skills in CPAP therapy, patient support, sales, and administration.
You will work closely with our experienced team while interacting with a diverse range of patients each day.
No previous CPAP or sleep industry experience is required — full training will be provided.
Daily Responsibilities Include
- Assisting patients with CPAP equipment and mask fittings
- Providing friendly customer service and patient support
- Processing sales and customer orders
- Booking appointments and patient follow-up
- General administration and reception duties
- Learning CPAP equipment, software, and therapy systems
- Supporting the clinical and consulting team
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and confident communicating with people
- Reliable, organised, and professional
- Comfortable using computers and learning recent technology
- Motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
Experience in customer service, retail, administration, reception, or healthcare is highly regarded but not essential.
