Optimal Pharmacy Plus is a proud Western Australian pharmacy group that has been operational for the last 20 years. We have a Junior retail Pharmacy assistant role based in Optimal Pharmacy Raintrees. All our Pharmacy Assistants are key members within our team so we are ideally looking for someone who is wanting to work within a busy pharmacy environment and. Also, someone who is vibrant and prides themselves on their customer service skills and product knowledge would be preferred.

Position Criteria:
- Someone who is friendly, outgoing and motivated with keen eye for detail.
- Has a positive outlook on life, whilst also being highly health conscious.
- A professional approach when dealing with colleagues and customers from all walks of life.
- Follows directions given by the Pharmacist or upper management.
- Rapport building skills with customers is essential.
- Confidence in recommended in our products and services to all customers and clients including our Loyalty program and APP.
- You will need to be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks to the highest standard.
- Participation in provided trainings conducted in-house and online via industry platforms provided by Optimal - this is an ongoing requirement.
- Someone who enjoys working in a busy environment that will challenge you.
- Available to work weekend shifts or when requested.
