360 Personnel is seeking reliable, hands‑on General Labourers to support daily production, casting operations, and warehouse duties. This role suits candidates who enjoy physical work, fast‑paced environments, and long‑term stability.

Industry: Manufacturing/Foundry/Heavy Industrial

Duties & Responsibilities

- Foundry support — assisting with casting, mould preparation, and general production tasks
- Machine assistance — helping operators load/unload materials and monitor equipment
- Heavy lifting — moving metal components, tools, and moulds safely
- General labouring — sweeping, cleaning, organising work areas
- Warehouse duties — pallet stacking, loading/unloading, dispatch support
- PPE compliance — following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
- Team support — assisting trades, operators, and supervisors as needed
- Quality checks — visual inspections of castings and finished products
- Manual handling — secure lifting techniques and adherence to WHS guidelines





What We're Looking For:

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Physical fitness — able to lift 20–25kg
- Manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift licence (bonus)
- WHS awareness and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow instructions
- Team player with a positive attitude

PPE Required:

- Steel cap boots
- Hi‑vis shirt
- Gloves
- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection (provided on site)
- Physical fitness — able to lift 20–25kg
- Manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift licence (bonus)
- WHS awareness and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow instructions
- Team player with a positive attitude
