Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Cartwright
Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Cartwright. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
To be considered
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Pay and super
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings.
This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
The role
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
