The Role:
- We are seeking Physiotherapists to join us all around Adelaide SA.
- Conduct initial assessment and ongoing intervention to NDIS and Home Care Package participants at clinic or at the participant’s home.
- Equipment prescription and home modification recommendations.
- Provide quality clinical opinions and justification through comprehensive report writing and completing funding application reports.
- Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication

About you:
- Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with patients and referrers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills (documentation, correspondences, reports).
- Full registration with AHPRA.
- Professional indemnity insurance, valid police check and working with children check.
- Current drivers license, own vehicle and willingness/ability to travel to participants.
- Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities are an advantage.
