We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team at Ariel’s Wollongong Station. If you also have weekend availability, there’s the opportunity for additional hours.
Someone who knows their way around a coffee machine, enjoys a chat with the regulars and can keep things moving during a rush. Being outstanding with people matters just as much to us as making a great coffee.
A bit about you:
- At least two years’ barista experience in a busy cafe
- Comfortable handling a busy, fast-paced environment is essential
- Confident working independently on the machine while keeping coffee quality consistent
- Friendly, approachable and great with customers
- Available on weekends and for early starts
- Reliable, punctual and always willing to help out your work mates
