Joining our Corporate Actions team, you'll be responsible for the daily processing of income across domestic and international securities: dividends, distributions and interest. You'll reconcile income received from custodians against platform records, resolve breaks, and help process corporate action events so client outcomes are accurate and timely on the Praemium platform.

This is a fixed-term contract until 15/12/2027. The team works from our Collins Street office on Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

- Processing of daily dividends, distributions and interest income to client accounts using IPS (IRESS) recording entitlements and tax components (e.g. franking credits, distribution components)
- Identifying discrepancies between custodian income and platform records; then reconciling income, cash and holding breaks
- Processing standard ASX domestic and international events (capital returns, splits, consolidations) and elective events such as rights issues and SPPs, managing client and adviser elections within deadlines
- Supporting complex events – buy-backs, schemes of arrangement, takeovers and demergers (under the guidance of senior team members)
- Testing corporate events on client tax, reconciliation and performance reports

We are Seeking

- Experience in income processing,



corporate actions or reconciliations within a platform, custodian or fund administrator
- Strong understanding of how income and corporate actions affect client cash, holdings, tax and reporting
- Proven reconciliation skills and a detail-oriented approach under daily deadlines
- Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, common formulas); experience with IPS (IRESS) or similar
- A collaborative team player with robust sense of service excellence
- Tertiary degree in a business-related field and RG146 desirable
