Vikasati is an open-air bathhouse built on contrast therapy, community, and challenge, bringing wellness back to the elemental essentials that help people live well. Heat, cold, connection, and the kind of reset that makes everything else possible.

The role - Casual Bathhouse Host

You're the first person our guests meet, the one who sets the tone, holds the space, and makes sure every visit lands the way it should.

As our Front of House, you'll own the guest experience end-to-end, from check-in through to close. You'll be responsible for holding the standard across the floor, and making sure Vikasati runs the way it is meant to be experienced.

Day to day, the role involves greeting guests and walking them through check-in and facility orientation, sharing genuine knowledge about hot and cold therapy, and handling phone and in-person enquiries across memberships, casual visits, scheduling, and pricing. You'll keep the bathhouse looking and feeling immaculate, locker rooms, common areas, all of it, while managing restocking, maintenance flags, payments, and guest records. When problems arise, you'll be the person who solves them calmly and independently, before they become someone else's issue.

We're open from 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week, with shifts across mornings, days, and nights.

What we need from you

You'll have genuine experience in hospitality, wellness/fitness, or a customer-facing role.



You'll have some experience leading or mentoring others, and an instinct for bringing people up to a standard rather than just meeting it yourself. You lead by example, communicate clearly with both guests and teammates, and hold a high standard without needing to be managed. You're warm and composed when things get busy or complicated, and you're ready to help build something meaningful from the ground up in a current market.

About Vikasati

Vikasati was built on a simple belief: feeling good doesn't have to be complicated. It's instinctually human. Founders Ben and Will started where most people do, hauling ice into bathtubs, building makeshift saunas, testing what the body could handle, and found that contrast therapy didn't just restore the body, it recalibrated the mind. As their lives grew busier, those same rituals held steady.

In 2022, they opened Vikasati: an open-air bathhouse grounded in nature, community, and intentional practice, where people return to the elements and leave stronger for everything that comes next. With locations in Red Hill and Southport already open, Toowoomba is the next chapter.
