CommBank is seeking a Senior Case Manager to own a portfolio of complex Comcare workers compensation claims end-to-end, taking them through commencement, determination, and where relevant, disputes and legal processes.

You will guide other Case Managers on complex matters, contribute to claim strategy, and support quality assurance while delivering protected, durable return-to-work outcomes within the Bank's federal self-insurance framework.
