Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide a welcoming, relaxing and high-quality client experience.
- Prepare and reset the massage room between appointments.
- Maintain skilled hygiene and treatment room standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the wider team.
- Provide relaxation and therapeutic massage services, including couples massage appointments conducted in separate rooms.
- Manage your availability and appointment schedule as an independent contractor.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Massage therapy qualifications or relevant massage training.
- Friendly, professional and client-focused approach.
- Genuine interest in massage therapy and holistic wellness.
- Willingness to build confidence and develop practical experience.
- Own Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Appropriate professional insurance.
- Ability to manage availability and monitor bookings when offering appointment times.

Employment Details

Employment Type: Independent contractor.

Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week.

Location: City Cave Darwin, NT.

Operating Hours: Seven days a week, 9:00 am–9:00 pm.

Popular Appointment Times: 10:0 am–2:00 pm.

Appointment Types: 45-, 60- and 90-minute massages, including couples massage appointments in separate rooms.

Contractor Requirements: An ABN and appropriate insurance are required. Therapists have flexibility over their availability, subject to room availability and client demand. Clients can book up to two hours before their appointment, so therapists are expected to monitor their schedules when available for bookings.
