Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete project delivery from site setup through to handover
- Guide project teams, contracts administrators and site supervisors
- Control project budgets, cost forecasts and executive financial reports




- Lead head contract procurement and key sub-contractor lettings
- Maintain high standards for safety, site quality and compliance
- Coordinate between internal development leads, consultants and authorities

What You'll Bring:

- Background as a Senior Project Manager on large commercial builds
- Prior experience working with tier 1/ tier 2 builders or developer-builders
- Solid technical knowledge of structural, facade and finishing packages
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and overall financial management
- Comprehensive understanding of local WA building regulations and NCC standards
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
