Boilermaker, Welder, Structural Fabricators

Morgan Engineering is growing and we are looking for experienced,trade-qualified Welders, Boilermakers, Fabrication and Structural Fabricatorsto join our Singleton workshop team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You’ll be working on large-scale mining equipment, repairs, rebuilds andnew fabrication, alongside experienced tradespeople who care about doing thejob properly.

Based in our Singleton heavy fabrication workshop, you will work acrossthe repair, refurbishment and fabrication of large mining equipment andcomponents.

Depending on your experience, this may include:

- Excavatorbuckets and attachments
- Off-highwaymining truck trays – new and refurbished
- Largemobile mining equipment and components
- Heavyequipment repairs and refurbishment
- Fabricationof current products from engineering drawings

You’ll need to be comfortable working on large equipment, to tightstandards, in an environment where quality and safety matter.

Ideally,



you'll bring:

- AQFCertificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade, equivalentqualification or relevant experience
- Minimumthree years' experience in heavy mining equipment repair and/orfabrication
- Strongexperience fabricating from drawings and blueprints
- Experiencerepairing or fabricating large mining equipment, particularly excavatorbuckets, off-highway truck trays, booms, sticks and associated mobileequipment
- Advancedwelding and fabrication skills
- Abilityto read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strongworkshop experience
- Excellentsafety standards
- Abilityto work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Goodproblem-solving skills and initiative
- Strongtime management and ability to prioritise work
- Respectfor your teammates and the people around you
- Localaccommodation or willingness to relocate within approximately one hour ofSingleton
- Forklift,mobile crane, confined space, dogging and working at heights competenciesare also highly desirable.
