- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver recruitment solutions aligned with business needs.
- Successfully manage a high volume of live vacancies within a fast-paced and results-focused environment.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum of three years' recruitment experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Demonstrated billing performance and a strong track record of delivering recruitment results.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, business drivers and revenue generation.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to succeed in a quick-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
