This role supports care processes across Child Protection, Care services, Kinship Engagement Teams, and Out of Home Care providers to improve information sharing and timely services for children in statutory care.

You will be part of a rostered phone line supporting carers, providing skilled advice to internal and external stakeholders, and helping identify care needs
