Hope Estate in Pokolbin, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant to support Winery, Brewery and Distillery operations. This hands-on role covers end-to-end production, canning, bottling and packaging across our product range, with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency.
You will join a energetic team, assist with event prep and deliveries, and be flexible for extended hours and occasional weekend work. A forklift licence is desirable, and a can-do attitude is essential.
