Randstad NV is seeking an IT Support Officer to deliver Level 1 IT support across active hubs and field venues for a large scale project in Kyneton. The role combines service desk troubleshooting with hands-on hardware deployment, including roaming duties at onsite hubs.

The position requires 2+ years of IT support experience, robust Windows/Office/Teams skills, and a practical ability to configure and troubleshoot field equipment. Weekend shifts and travel between local sites are possible.
