This isn't your typical social media marketing role.
This is for someone who lives and breathes netball — the sidelines, the early mornings, the club chats, the tournaments, the people.

At Bumrs , we're building something special. A brand that's 100% netball , built from the ground up for our community. And we're looking for the right person to help us take it to the next level.

The Role

We're looking for a jack-of-all-trades marketer who can jump in, take ownership, and bring ideas to life.

You'll be across:

- Minimum 1+ years of professional social media marketing experience required
- Email campaigns (EDMs, launches, promos)
- Content creation (reels, stories, shoots, ideas)
- Proficiency in Mail Chimp or similar EDM platforms and Canva for content design is required
- Club outreach and partnerships
- Community liaison
- Online store management and shipping orders

Some days you'll be behind a screen.
Other days you'll be at the courts, talking to clubs, or at an event.

What We're Looking For

- You're part of the netball community (player, coach, umpire, or netty mum/dad)
- You genuinely get the culture, energy, and people in netball




- You're a doer — not just ideas, but execution
- You're a strong communicator (online and in person)
- You're creative, proactive, and not afraid to try things
- You're organised enough to manage multiple moving parts
- You're someone who sees chance and runs with it
- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience is required

The Setup

- Flexible role — ideally 4 days/week permanent part-time
- We can work around school or uni hours for the right person
- Opportunity to grow with the brand as we scale
- Australian permanent residency is required for this position
