Site Manager / Construction Manager NSW (Substations & BESS)

We are currently recruiting for multiple Site Manager positions across NSW, delivering high profile substation and battery energy storage projects with a leading EPC contractor.

This is a hands on leadership role where you will take full ownership of site delivery, working on complex HV infrastructure projects with a strong pipeline of secured work.

If you are currently operating as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or stepping up from a Senior Supervisor position, this is a genuine opportunity to work on some of the most active energy projects in the market.

The Role

Full responsibility for day to day site delivery

Leading crews and managing subcontractors across civil and electrical scopes

Coordinating outages and site activities

Driving safety, programme, and quality outcomes

Working closely with an experienced Construction Manager and wider delivery team

Projects

HV substation upgrades and new builds

Battery Energy Storage Systems





Long term secured pipeline across multiple NSW locations

Locations & Roster

Projects across NSW

DIDO role with flexibility required across sites

11 days on, 3 days off roster

Potential move to 10 and 4 in future

Overtime paid

Tool of trade vehicle provided

Strong earning potential through overtime and uplifts

Opportunity to earn $300,000 to $350,000 with uplifts

What We’re Looking For

Exposure to BESS projects is highly regarded

Solid background managing both civil and electrical scopes

Ability to lead teams and deliver on programme

Transgrid trained (ideally)

NSW Licensed Electrician
