About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:

- Support and collaborate with educators across various learning environments.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and centre operations.
- Contribute to children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
- Support the documentation of children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

About You

You'll bring:

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively working towards a qualification.
- Flexibility to travel between services across the Northern Moreton Bay region.
- Availability to pick up shifts, including at short notice when required.
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in a long day care setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
