Underground Bogger Operators & Trainers – FIFO 2:2 | WA
Trade Mining Services (TMS) is expanding and seeking experienced Underground Bogger Operators and Trainers to join our growing team in Western Australia.
We currently have 4 positions available:
- 2 x Underground Bogger Trainers
- 2 x Underground Bogger Operators
We are looking for skilled, safety-focused individuals who take pride in their work, look after their equipment and contribute positively to their crew.
About the Roles
- Location: Western Australia – FIFO
- Roster: 14 days on / 14 days off (2:2)
- Equipment: Sandvik LH517 and LH514 underground loaders
- Remote Systems: AutoMine and RCT
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate Sandvik LH517 and LH514 underground boggers/loaders.
- Conduct remote bogging operations using AutoMine and RCT systems.
- Maintain high standards of safety, equipment care and operational productivity.
- Work collaboratively with underground crews to achieve production targets.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to safe work practices and operational efficiency.
- Trainer positions: Provide practical, hands-on training, coaching and mentoring to underground bogger operators.
- Trainer positions: Identify areas for operator development and promote safe, efficient operating techniques.
About You
To be successful in these roles, you will have:
- Proven underground bogger/loader operating experience, particularly on Sandvik LH517 and LH514 equipment.
- Experience operating remote boggers using AutoMine and RCT systems.
- A strong commitment to safety, equipment care and productivity.
- A reliable, hardworking attitude and the ability to work effectively within a crew.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach.
- For Trainer positions: Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring or developing underground operators, with the ability to pass on practical knowledge and improve operator performance.
