About the role

In this role, you’ll drive business growth by attracting new high-value customers, deepening relationships with existing clients and building strategic partnerships with third-party referrers. You’ll take a proactive approach to business development, creating trusted relationships that generate sustainable growth while delivering personalised financial solutions and an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Head of Premium Banking & Lending, key responsibilities include:

- Proactively generate new business by identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline and establishing strategic relationships with existing and new third-party referrers, brokers,



local networks and business partners to drive sustainable growth.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of premium banking customers, driving acquisition, retention and & growth while delivering a high standard of service.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their key point of contact and understanding their evolving financial needs and goals.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored banking solutions that support their financial objectives and create opportunities to deepen relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service, effective solutions and a consistently superior customer experience.

All about you

We’re looking for a commercially minded, results-driven relationship manager who is energised by winning new business, building networks and growing a premium customer portfolio. You’ll bring:

- Proven experience in relationship management, premium retail banking or a similar customer-facing financial services role.
- A strong business development mindset, with demonstrated success identifying prospects, generating leads and converting opportunities into recent business.
- Experience building and nurturing productive referral networks, including the ability to develop trusted, strategic partnerships with existing and new third-party referrers, brokers, business partners, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to build rapport and engage customers and referral partners.
- A proactive, self-motivated and commercially focused approach, with the drive to achieve targets and deliver measurable results.
- A genuine passion for understanding customers’ needs, providing tailored solutions and helping them achieve their financial goals.
