About Our Client

Our Client is a leading provider of integrated services across transport, utilities, and infrastructure sectors throughout Australia and New Zealand. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality road and civil works, Our Client plays a key role in maintaining and improving road networks across regional Queensland, including the Mackay region.

What you will be Doing

- Operating a Heavy Combination (HC) truck to transport machinery and equipment between project sites
- Loading, securing and unloading machinery using a float trailer
- Safely transporting heavy equipment in line with road regulations and site requirements
- Completing pre-start checks and ensuring the truck, float and equipment are maintained to a high standard
- Working closely with site teams to coordinate equipment movements and deliveries
- Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment across civil construction projects

What you will need

- Relevant drivers licence (HC mandatory)
- Relevant machinery tickets or licences (Roller/Loader/Skid Steer/Bobcat) - desirable
- Previous asphalt, spray seal or civil road construction experience highly regarded
- Ability to work night shifts and travel away for work




- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
