About the Role:

We are looking for a Skilled Leading Hand Service Technician to join our team and support the Workshop Manager. This role will assist the Manager in overseeing field service operations and daily workshop related functions by leading high functioning workshop team members, and delivering top-tier service to our clients within a safe and efficient work environment. Your experience will include facilitating toolbox team meetings and aligning with OHS requirements.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

- Applicable Mechanical Trade Qualification

- Proven experience as a Leading Hand Service Technician or in a similar technical role within heavy industry.

- Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills





- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently of self and team members

- A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills

- A valid driver’s license (and the ability to travel to various job sites).

- A current Working Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)

- Ability to effectively oversee team members to repair and maintain heavy industry plant, machinery and equipment in a high risk work environment.

- Ability to work safely and in compliance with HSE guidelines

- Ability to write and interpret reports, work plans and carry out electronic business correspondence
