- Improve timely access to allied health, specialist and transport services, including coordinating travel bookings for clients to attend appointments locally,
across the Eyre Peninsula, Port Augusta and Adelaide.
- Act as a cultural broker between clients, their families and health service staff, and work collaboratively with Care Coordinators, Aboriginal Health Project Officers, Aboriginal Outreach Workers, community groups and other agencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and data in Communicare, and contribute to quality, accreditation and funding body reporting requirements.
