? About the Role

As a Casual Diploma Educator, you'll play an important role in creating safe, engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting educators across various age groups and learning environments
- Building positive relationships with children, families and team members
- Assisting with daily centre routines and operations
- Supporting children's learning, development and educational programs
- Contributing to observations, documentation and learning outcomes
- Bringing a positive, flexible and team-focused approach to every shift

✅ What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

✔ Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain

✔ Previous experience working within a long day care setting

✔ Flexibility to work across varying shifts when required

✔ A genuine passion for early childhood education

✔ Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
