Your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with schools, kindergartens and aged care services to organise dental screenings and Smile Squad activities.
- Coordinating outreach vehicles, school site bookings, maintenance and servicing.
- Responding to client enquiries and helping resolve service access concerns.
- Supporting staff rosters, managing shared mailboxes and maintaining accurate records and reporting data.
- Providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day team operations.
- Providing dental assisting cover for planned leave and short-notice absences.

About you

You’ll bring dental assisting experience and strong administration skills, with the ability to keep competing priorities on track. You’ll enjoy working with clients, colleagues and external providers, and take a practical, solution-focused approach.

To be successful,

you'll bring:

- A Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
- A Certificate IV in Health Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in dental services within a community health setting.
- Experience coordinating administrative priorities in a busy service environment.
- Confidence using client management systems, such as Titanium, and Microsoft Office.
- Clear communication skills and a commitment to respectful customer service.
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and clients with complex needs.
- The ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflow systems.
- A current full or probationary driver’s licence.

Why join BHN?

At BHN, you'll join a values-driven organisation that genuinely cares about its people and the communities it serves. We offer:

- Versatile work arrangements to support work-life balance
- Salary packaging benefits to increase your take-home pay
