About You:
- Previous experience as a General Practice Medical Receptionist (essential)
- Experience using medical practice software, preferably Best Practice (essential)
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced setting
Your Role:
- Welcome and assist patients
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Answer phones and patient enquiries
- Process registrations and Medicare details
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support smooth day-to-day practice operations
