Bru Cru Kenmore is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team!

We’re a busy, rapid-paced local café with a strong community of regulars, and we’re looking for someone confident and reliable to take ownership of our kitchen and help keep things running smoothly.

About the role:

- Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Preparing and cooking our café menu, including cabinet food and house-made favourites
- Managing prep, ordering, stock and wastage
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Keeping the kitchen organised and running efficiently during busy services
- Supporting, training and communicating with the kitchen team
- Working closely with our café management team

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has solid kitchen/cooking experience
- Is confident taking responsibility and leading a small team
- Is organised, proactive and can stay on top of prep
- Works well under pressure in a busy café environment
- Has strong food safety and cleanliness standards
- Is reliable and communicates well
- Takes pride in their food and their workspace
- Daytime café hours – no late nights!
