PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West North Parramatta

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in North Parramatta. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Your responsibilities

- Talk recent enquiries through how the training works.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Availability





Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
