Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Preston Fairfield
Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Fairfield who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
The role
Talk recent enquiries through how the training works. Work within our coaching and administration processes. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
Hours you need to be free
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Pay
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Requirements
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
