We are currently seeking confident, customer-focused Security Officers to join our Major Events team in Melbourne. No prior security experience? No problem. and stakeholders across a variety of major events and venues.**You will be responsible for:*** Providing exceptional customer service* Managing crowd control and patron interactions* Monitoring and responding to incidents* Maintaining clear and qualified radio communication* De-escalating situations calmly and confidently in high-pressure environments**To be successful in this role, you must have:*** A valid Security Licence with Crowd Control* Certificate II in Security Operations or higher* Current First Aid & CPR* Full Australian working rights* Excellent verbal communication skills* A confident, professional, and calm approach under pressure* Strong customer service experience* Must be willing to travel across Melbourne event locations**Flexibility is critical in Major Events.
