We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Room Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Box Hill (84-place centre).

About the Role
As Room Leader, you will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor educators, support children's learning and development, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards of education and care.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor educators within your room through on-the-floor guidance and supportPlan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLFoster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environmentBuild positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesSupport children's learning, development, and wellbeing through meaningful interactionsEnsure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS),
