Otis Lifts in Mascot, NSW, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our established team. Based in our Mascot office, you will support service delivery, manage timesheets, invoicing, and customer portals to ensure premium service.

You have 3-5 years in project coordination or admin, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We value teamwork, time management, and the ability to multi-task in a rapid-moving, customer-focused environment.
