TAL Australia is seeking a Lead for its AI Innovation & Governance Hub in the Individual Life division. You will own the delivery pipeline, build a team of analysts, and drive automation using Microsoft Power Platform, AI Builder and Copilot Studio.

In this hands-on leadership role you’ll coach your team, partner with senior stakeholders, manage priorities, and embed AI governance standards to enable responsible AI adoption across one of Australia’s largest insurers.
