Anglicare Southern Queensland in Eight Mile Plains is expanding its Centralised Rostering Team, recruiting six Permanent Full time Rostering Officers and two 6-month fixed-term Rostering Officers.
You will create and manage roster templates, ensure compliance with Awards and Enterprise Agreements, allocate shifts fairly, and coordinate coverage for planned and unplanned absences. This role supports care delivery across Queensland with 6:00am–6:00pm shifts and 2 days WFH.
