Aruma is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to provide practical WHS guidance to managers and frontline teams across our services in Australia. You’ll partner with operational leaders to strengthen safety culture, support legislative compliance and drive risk management, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll also coach leaders and build capability to achieve safer, healthier workplaces.
