Key responsibilities
- Food preparation and cooking
- EFTPOS and cash handling
- Setup and pack-down
- Cleaning and food safety
- Managing a food truck setup independently

- Punctual and reliable
- Friendly and confident under pressure
- Available for weekend work, early starts and occasional evenings
- Driver's licence essential
- Hospitality experience preferred
