Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Rossmore

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Rossmore. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- The role
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Support





There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
