Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Woodcroft
Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Woodcroft. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.
Day to day
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Your availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Pay structure
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Qualifications
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
