Brisbane Cup Supplies is a proudly Australian-owned distributor of food and beverage packaging, supplying cafés, restaurants, hospitality businesses and events across Australia.

We're looking for a reliable, motivated and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator / Picker & Packer to join our friendly team at our Crestmead warehouse.

About the Role

This is a casual position offering consistent weekday hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 3:00pm.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and can confidently manage daily warehouse tasks with minimal supervision.

You'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Operate a forklift safely to receive, move and dispatch stock
- Receive incoming deliveries and check stock against purchase orders
- Coordinate outgoing freight and courier collections
- Assist with stock control, inventory management and stocktakes
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
- Work efficiently to meet daily dispatch deadlines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

- Current forklift licence (essential)




- Previous warehouse, picking and packing or logistics experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move cartons
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- A positive approach and willingness to help wherever needed
- Positive communication skills and ability to work as part of a small team
