About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Full time Sign Writer / Installer who can confidently manage end-to-end signage work—from production through to on-site installation.

This role suits someone who is hands-on, efficient, and capable of working independently, including working at heights and across multiple job sites.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Design, manufacture, fabricate and install indoor and outdoor commercial signage.
- Design and prepare signage layouts, lettering and graphics using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other graphic design software.
- Interpret client specifications, measure signage dimensions and prepare accurate artwork and layouts for signage production.
- Manufacture, fabricate and finish commercial signage using vinyl, acrylic, aluminium composite panels (ACP), metal and other signage materials.
- Perform vinyl cutting, weeding, mounting, laminating, trimming and finishing of digital prints and signage.
- Prepare and apply vinyl lettering, decals, vehicle graphics, window frosting and other adhesive signage materials.
- Operate large-format digital printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, CNC routers, metal guillotines and other signage production equipment.
- Prepare templates, measure surfaces and calculate dimensions to ensure accurate signage fabrication and installation.
- Assemble, mount and install signboards, illuminated signs, shopfront signage, vehicle graphics and other commercial signage.
- Prepare installation sites, remove existing signage and ensure correct positioning,



alignment and secure mounting of new signage.
- Perform signage maintenance, repairs and replacement when required.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including safe operation of tools, machinery and access equipment.
- Perform work at heights in accordance with relevant safety requirements and certifications.
- Coordinate signage production and installation activities to meet client specifications, quality standards and project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, secure and organised working environment, including removing installation debris and materials from job sites.

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in the signage industry (essential)
- Strong background in both production and installation
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Confident working at heights and in physically demanding environments
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Proficient in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Current White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current Working at Heights certification
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
