Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Austral Kearns
We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Kearns. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
What it pays
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What the role involves
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
What we provide
Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
